REFUNDS, RETURNS. SHIPPING, & EXCHANGES POLICIES

Refunds, Returns, Shipping, & Exchanges Policy:
We happily give refunds for items returned to us within 14 days of order placed, in unused, undamaged, new condition.
We also will happily exchange any item for you in new size, color, or different product(same value or higher any difference in value being paid by costumer).
To be eligible for exchange or refund the item must be mailed back to us first in perfect, unused, condition. We are not super particular here or going to give anyone a hard time unless something is obviously visibly wrong with the item.   
Items cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped. We cannot refund anything without first having the product or products mailed back us in new condition. 
We do not provide refunds based on shipping times unless the product was never received and our tracking numbers show that it was never received or never shipped and its been 60 days or more we will gladly refund you in full.. We do not work for USPS, or any postal service so we cannot control their holidays, delays or any unforeseen extenuating circumstances out of our control that might affect shipping times. 
If any product does not arrive(and we always provide tracking numbers)in 60 days or less we will fully refund your product cost. 
All refunds will be credited back to the same exact method of payment you used to make the  original purchase or purchases from us.
We do not refund overnight shipping costs(which we only do in case of emergencies for customers) in which you have chosen to pay this additional amount and should it not arrive on time that is completely between you and usps, ups, fedex, or whichever shipping company was used.  
We do not refund expedited shipping fees for items shipped with expedited shipping labels.
Should we fail to ship with the proper expedited shipping labels....we will fully refund you. This does not include Overnight Shipping Fees which are non refundable.(we rarely offer this but will on occasion as a cutesy for customers in need)
You need MAKE sure that you are in compliance with our policy deadlines, and product condition rules before you send anything back. We do not ship items back for non refundable or non exchangeable products. Meaning if you ship this back and your window has past, it will not be refunded and you will also not have the item or items unless you pay to ship them back to yourself. 
If you need to exchange or return your item give us a text or phone call letting us know please if you can. This is not a mandatory step, so if you forget don't worry but please make sure that your name and order number are on the returned package or listed inside the package so we can easily find and process your return or exchange for you. Non-returnable items:

-Gift cards
-Some health and personal care items(underwear)

-Any item that is returned more than 14 days of purchase with not be eligible for Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. 
You should consider using tracking numbers. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Tracking numbers are always a good idea.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we are always willing to try and work with our customers to make their experience with us as pleasant as possible. We are human and we understand life happens.
