We happily give refunds for items returned to us within 14 days of your order received, in unused, undamaged, new condition.

We also will gladly refund you for any orders missed or if items are never received. We supply tracking numbers with ALL orders for customer protection. 

We also happily exchange items for you in new size, color, or product(same value or higher any difference in value being paid by costumer).

To be eligible for exchange or refund the item must be mailed back to us first in new, unused, perfect condition. We are not super particular here or going to give anyone a hard time unless something is obviously visibly wrong with the item.   

Items that cannot be returned or refunded for health/sanitary reasons:

Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, personal beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare tools/products.

Items cannot be refunded until we have received the item or items back in unused undamaged condition. We cannot refund anything without first having the product or products mailed back us in unused condition. 

We do not provide refunds based on shipping times or shipping costs because those are the costs we incur to ship them.  If the product was never received and our tracking numbers show that it was never received we will gladly refund you in full. We have no control over postal service delays such as holidays, cdc closures, shipping delays or any unforeseen extenuating circumstances out of our control that might affect their shipping times. 

If any product does not arrive(and we always provide tracking numbers)in 30 days or less we will fully refund your product cost.

If we have not shipped the item we will REFUND you within 24-48 hours of notice from you and after we have verified there is no tracking or the tracking shows items never sent.

All refunds will be credited back to the same exact method of payment you used to make the original purchase or purchases from us.

We do not refund shipping fees unless an item was never sent. Our overnight 2-3 Day shipping Fees cannot be refunded unless an item was missed and not sent. Shipping rates are based on postal  system rates and the prices we have to pay to ship them. That is why we offer 4 shipping options, times, and prices. Including completely FREE Shipping so hopefully all our customers can find an option they feel completely comfortable with. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please make sure that you are in compliance with our policy deadlines, and product condition rules before you send anything back. We do not ship items back for non refundable or non exchangeable products. If you ship any item back back after 14 days of receipt, it cannot be refunded.

You will be in charge of paying for the return shipping label for any items purchased from Loving Lane. We do not provide return labels.

If you need to exchange or return your item give us a text or phone call letting us know please if you can. This is not a mandatory step, so if you forget don't worry but please make sure that your name and order number are on the returned package or listed inside the package so we can easily find and process your return or exchange for you.
